1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

2. Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Any expedited option, where available, will be shown at checkout.

3. Delivery estimates

We fulfil orders from our own inventory in China and, for selected lines, from a partner warehouse located in the United States. Typical transit times after dispatch are 7 to 15 business days for shipments dispatched from China, and 3 to 7 business days for shipments dispatched from a United States warehouse. Delivery to remote addresses may take longer.

4. Carriers

Depending on destination and product, we ship with established carriers and cross-border logistics providers. The carrier handling your order is named in your shipping confirmation email and reflected in the tracking record.

5. Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you at dispatch. If you cannot locate your tracking email, contact [email protected] with your order number and we will resend it.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

Shipments dispatched from China are delivered on a delivered-duty-unpaid basis unless otherwise stated at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees, if assessed, are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Address changes and undeliverable parcels

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a delivery address; once a parcel has been dispatched the address cannot be changed. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer’s cost or refunded less the original shipping cost we incurred.

8. Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs clearance, carrier capacity and peak-season volumes can cause delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
